JILIBD Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibd ("jilibd", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilibd platform at jilibd.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

jilibd operates as an online gaming and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All games, payment services, promotions, and support services offered through jilibd are subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilibd platform.

These Terms apply to all versions of the jilibd platform, including the browser-based website at jilibd.xyz and the jilibd Android mobile application. The same rules apply regardless of how you access the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jilibd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilibd employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account on jilibd.

jilibd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age or identity when requested, jilibd may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jilibd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering on jilibd, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. jilibd uses this information to verify your identity and process payments.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jilibd account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jilibd will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact jilibd support immediately at [email protected].

• Keep your login credentials private and secure at all times.
• Log out of your jilibd account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jilibd immediately if you notice any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your jilibd account to place wagers.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jilibd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on jilibd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilibd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits are typically credited to your jilibd account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact jilibd support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests on jilibd are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard. Standard withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jilibd offers a welcome bonus to new players and periodic promotions to existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on jilibd, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Bonus funds on jilibd are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between jilibd accounts.
• jilibd may void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.
• Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools, or colluding with other players.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jilibd use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are fair, unbiased, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or third party. jilibd does not alter game outcomes in any way.

Each game on jilibd has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. jilibd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session on jilibd, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account. jilibd's decision on technical disputes is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jilibd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one account on jilibd.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with jilibd games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jilibd.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the jilibd platform in any way.
• Using jilibd for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilibd staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

jilibd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gaming on jilibd is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing financial or personal stress, jilibd encourages players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination

You may close your jilibd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

jilibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms.
• jilibd suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

In cases of termination due to a Terms violation, jilibd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited.

12 Changes to These Terms

jilibd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the jilibd platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
